Getting started

OmniTrustDXP takes 20 minutes to stand up a real, branded tenant site. Here is the path from zero to your first published page.

1. Book a setup call

Most institutions start with a 20-minute guided walkthrough. We provision a sandbox tenant while we are on the call — you leave with your own subdomain and a working admin login. Book the call →

2. Pick a tenant slug and domain

  • Slug: a short identifier like yourbank or mfi-co. Used for your admin URL and default subdomain.
  • Domain: we support both yourbank.omnitrustdxp.com for testing and your own www.yourbank.co.ke once DNS is pointed.
  • Theme: primary / secondary / accent colors + heading and body fonts. You can change these any time in Theme Settings.

3. Log in and meet the admin panel

Admin lives at cms.yourbank.co.ke/admin (or yourbank.omnitrustdxp.com/admin). The default super-admin we create can invite your team under Users → Invite, and assign roles (Content Creator, Approver, Admin).

4. Publish your first page

  1. Go to Pages → New Page.
  2. Give it a title and slug (e.g. about).
  3. Add blocks — start with a Hero Banner, a Markdown Text block, and a Contact Form.
  4. Submit for review, then approve it from the Approval Queue.
  5. Publish. It goes live at yourbank.co.ke/about.
