OmniTrustDXP is sold as a monthly or annual subscription. No setup fees, no seat licenses. Pricing scales with traffic, storage, and premium features.

What plans include

• Unlimited pages, blocks, and content editors.
• A dedicated subdomain plus one custom domain.
• Automatic daily database backups (7-day retention on Starter, 30-day on Scale).
• Email, WhatsApp, and in-app lead notifications.
• API access with per-plan rate limits.
• Standard support via email + knowledge base.

Add-ons

• SSO — Azure AD / Entra ID, Okta, custom SAML.
• Extra locales — each additional language beyond two included.
• Dedicated success manager — for Scale and Enterprise tiers.
• Private data residency — deploy into your own VPC or compliance region.

Payment methods

• PayPal — cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and PayPal balance. Monthly or annual.
• M-Pesa — STK push for Kenyan customers.
• Bank transfer / invoice — available on Scale and Enterprise for annual contracts.

Upgrades, downgrades, cancellations

Change plans any time from Billing → Subscription. Upgrades are pro-rated and take effect instantly; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. Cancellations leave your data in place for 30 days in case you change your mind.
