Founded in Kenya

Omni-Trust Bank Kenya established as a commercial bank in Nairobi.

1995

Tanzania Expansion

Opened our first subsidiary outside Kenya — Omni-Trust Benki Tanzania.

1998

Rwanda Entry

Established Omni-Trust Banque Rwanda to serve the Francophone market.

2001

Nigeria Launch

Entered West Africa's largest economy with Omni-Trust Bank Nigeria.

2003

South Africa

Opened operations in Johannesburg, completing our pan-African footprint.

2018

Digital Transformation

Launched unified mobile banking platform across all subsidiaries.

2025

3 Million Customers

Reached the milestone of serving over 3 million customers across 5 countries.
